Angel Face Designs' Guarantee

At Angel Face Designs™, we don't sell anything we wouldn't buy ourselves. In fact, we seek the input of very picky moms and girls before we ever put our label on anything.

We've designed everything we carry. Additionally, all of our designs have been tested by dancers (aged four to thirteen) in everything from one hour combo classes to eleven-hour company rehearsals and convention workshops. We understand that durability and practicality are essential because our girls dance full out. That said, we are tired of staid and boring dancewear – our girls just want to have fun, and reflect a little personal style, whether it be polished and pretty, or trendy and even a bit edgy.

Of course, we understand that a girl's taste can change overnight so we offer our guarantee: If anything you order, or receive as a gift, from Angel Face Designs™, fails to meet your expectations, send it back to us unused within 7 days of the delivery date, and we will promptly issue store credit for the full value of the returned item(s).

Why “Hand Wash Only” Means Hand Wash Only

If your laundry room looks like ours, then your daughter's stack of dirty dancewear is probably bigger than her stack of regular clothes. So what's a mom to do? For starters, don't put Angel Face Designs™ dancewear in the washing machine, and heaven-forbid, the dryer! Seriously. We don't accept returns because of improper care so please be careful and remember that hand washing can be therapeutic.

Return and Exchange Policy

When you ordered your daughter's dance bag or dancewear from us, you were sure her signature color was hot pink. But then her second best friend showed up at the last three jazz classes in hot pink outfits and now your daughter is seeing herself as more of a turquoise kind of gal. Not to worry. We will gladly exchange unused merchandise within 7 days of the delivery date.

  • If you just flat-out didn't like it, send it back with the packing slip, all the original packaging, and a note indicating whether you would prefer credit towards another purchase now or credit to use at a later date. In order to receive a credit, returned items must be in new, undamaged (unworn) condition. Please take care when packaging items for return. (For your protection, we strongly recommend sending return items with an insured carrier.)
  • If the item you received was damaged, defective, or not what you ordered, give us a call at 480-286-2716, or shoot us an e-mail at angelfacedesigns@cox.net, so that we can take care of the shipping.

Shipping Policies

Angel Face Designs™ primarily uses the United States Postal Service (USPS) for shipping.  Any orders denoting "Standard Shipping" can take up to a week to process, and 3-5 days to ship.  USPS Priority Mail insures that your order will be processed within 24 hours, and will take 2-3 days to ship.  Custom orders are not available for priority shipping and longer shipping terms will apply.  International orders will be shipped via FedEx International Economy.  These orders will take up to a week to process, and up to two weeks to ship, depending on customs, etc.

Why We Put the "Customer" in Customer Service

We understand that life can be unpredictable and this policy doesn't cover every situation (we're moms after all!). If you have an issue that requires special consideration, please don't hesitate to give us a call at 480.286.2716. We're really nice and we are confident that we can work out a happy solution.
